The NX3P190 and 191 are two of the simplest load switches, with onboard level shifting of the control signal and slew rate control. These two devices differ only in that the 191 has additional output discharge circuitry. Both of these devices can switch up to 500 mA at up to 3.6 V and are packaged in the very small 4 pin WLCSP package to fit into portable and mobile applications. They are pin compatible with other brands of load switches.
