One thing to note is that dither provides no improvement for full scale input signals and gross errors in the transfer function. Fortunately, the LTC2274 has good DC specifications of ±4.5LSB max INL (integral nonlinearity) error and ±1LSB max DNL (differential nonlinearity) error, which help to maintain high AC performance over frequency.
