The advantage of using the UQ series is the low ESR and high Q available from the part. This high Q capacitor is capable of increasing the performance of the circuit in applications where both high Q and low ESR is an absolute must. The part is designed to handle high RF currents so it will not self destruct and destroy the circuit. The UQs can be used in all the same applications as the SQ series.
