Image of ABLIC's S-82L1/T1/U1/V1 Series 1-Cell Battery Protection IC ABLIC's S-82L1/T1/U1/V1 series has the industry's first alarm function (AO pin) to monitor the voltage between V_DD and V_SS with a high accuracy of ±12 mV. This allows the charge control circuit to instinctively adjust the amount of current and charge voltage, thereby accurately detecting the battery voltage during fast charging without using an AD converter. Additionally, an alarm signal can be output to the charge control circuit. This IC supports safe, highly efficient fast charging, contributing to an improved device safety level and longer battery life.
