The LCA series is of similar size and power ratings to the older LC series switch. It is a lower cost alternative to the LC but has fewer lever and force options, different footprint, and an electrical rating 10A @ 125VAC with an optional available rating of 0.1A @ 125 VAC. The LC has a wide choice of forces and integral levers or lever rollers and is available with a variety of terminal options. The biggest difference is in electrical life. The LC is approved for 100,000 cycles while the LCA has a 50,000 cycle electrical life approval of 10A @ 125Vac.
