Precision voltage resistors are used when maintaining tight resistance tolerances in circuits. An example would be keeping a precise voltage value in a voltage divider, regardless of the outside temperatures and humidity. With YAGEO's metal-film and MELF metal-film technologies, these resistors have resistance tolerance values as low as 0.1%.
