The power supplies carry UL60601-1 safety standard certification and have 4000VAC input to output isolation, allowing for use in the vicinity of patients. When used with a 115VAC line, the leakage current is only 100μA, allowing the system designer the flexibility to incorporate other AC powered equipment without using up the leakage current allowance. For Information Technology Equipment (ITE), the units carry UL, CSA and EN 60950-1 certification. The devices also carry the CE mark for the low voltage directive. Even with low leakage currents, the SWS1000L series meets Class B EMI, both radiated and conducted.
