Vishay's eFuses feature continuous current up to 100 A

Image of Vishay Dale's 48 V 100 A eFuseVishay's eFuse featuring TrenchFET® MOSFETs was designed to handle continuous current up to 100 A. It is designed to operate continuously at maximum current with less than 14 W of losses without requiring active cooling. The design features a pre-charge function, continuous current monitoring, and overcurrent protection. The overcurrent protection can stop current flow through the eFuse in under 2 μs.
