Bourns SM91542AL single-channel functional insulation transformer features their improved automation design including common-mode chokes for noise rejection in BMS automotive applications. The SM91542AL was developed for use with Analog Devices' model LTC6804/681X, NXP’s model MC3377X and Texas Instruments’ model BQ79616.
The improved design of the pin auto-termination helps this transformer to achieve better efficiency and lower costs. This BMS transformer offers a working voltage of up to 1,000 VDC and a Hi-Pot isolation voltage of up to 4,300 VDC with an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
