ADP715x Family of 1.2 A and 2 A Ultralow Noise LDOs
Analog Devices' ADP715x family of fixed and adjustable linear regulators are ideal for noise sensitive applications
ADI's ADP715x family are ultra-low noise, low dropout LDOs that operate from 2.3 V to 5.5 V. Output voltages from 1.2 V to 3.3 V are possible depending on the model. Using an advanced proprietary architecture, the device provides high power supply rejection and ultra-low noise, achieving excellent line and load transient response with only a 10 µF ceramic output capacitor.

- 16 standard voltages between 1.2 V and 3.3 V available with maximum load at 1.2 A
- Adjustable output voltage range (VOUT): 1.2 V to 3.3 V with maximum load at 2 A
- Small size: 10-lead, 3 mm x 3 mm LFCSP package
- Low noise: .9 µVRMS from 100 Hz to 100 kHz
- Noise spectral density: 1.7 nV / ?Hz from 10 kHz to 1 MHz
- PSRR: >70 dB from 1 kHz to 100 kHz, 50 dB at 1 MHz
