Image of ABLIC's S-19315/S-19316 Series High Withstand-Voltage Regulator with Reset Function ABLIC's S-19315 and S-19316 series achieve a low self-current consumption of 2.0 μA typical and 2.2 μA typical, respectively, which is ideal for reducing the standby consumption of ECU. The high withstand voltage of 45 V of the SENSE pin enables it to directly connect to a 12 V battery for voltage monitoring.

The small package SOT-23-5 (2.8 mm x 2.9 mm) enables users to reduce the required mounting space. Users can now select the LDO series that best suits their monitoring needs.

  • S-19315 Series: Monitors the SENSE pin
    • It can monitor the voltage of the device connected to the SENSE pin; enables monitoring of overvoltage and undervoltage in both input and output
  • S-19316 Series: Monitors the input voltage of the built-in LDO
    • It enables quick detection of voltage drops in the input voltage
