Texas Instruments TPS2660x Industrial eFuses | DigiKey Daily

Texas Instruments’ TPS2660x is a family of high voltage industrial eFuses with enhanced built-in protection circuitry. It provides robust protection for applications powered from 4.2 V to 55 V. Integrated back-to-back FETs provide reverse current blocking to hold up during power-fail and brownout conditions. Load, source, and device protection are provided with adjustable over-current and output slew rate as well as over-voltage, and under-voltage thresholds to help simplify the system designs for surge protection. The device also allows configuration between the three current-limiting fault responses and are available in easy-to-use,16-pin HTSSOP and 24-pin VQFN packages.
