ADA4620 JFET Op Amp with Rail-to-Rail Output
Analog Devices JFET op amps have a wide power supply range and are available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package

Analog Devices ADA4620-1 and ADA4620-2 36 V precision, low-noise, low-offset drift JFET op amps are ideal for high DC precision and AC performance. The unique specifications of the ADA4620 make it optimal as a front-end amplifier in a data acquisition (DAQ) system or as an amplifier for a transimpedance amplifier (TIA) circuit with high input impedance. For only 1.3 mA of supply current per amplifier, the ADA4620 has a gain bandwidth of 16.5 MHz, a 32 V/µs slew rate, 5.1 nV/√Hz of broadband noise, and 225 nVp-p of 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz noise. The ADA4620 is specified for operating over the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It has a wide power supply range with dual supplies ranging from ±2.25 V to ±18 V or a single supply ranging from +4.5 V to +36 V. The ADA4620-1 and ADA4620-2 are available in an 8-lead SOIC_N package.

The EVAL-ADA4620-1ARZ is an evaluation board designed for the ADA4620-1 JFET op amp. ADA4620-1 is preconfigured on this board as a unity-gain follower buffer. This 4-layer evaluation board includes edge-mounted subminiature version A (SMA) connectors on both the inputs and the output, facilitating efficient connections to the test and measurement equipment or external circuits. The evaluation board's ground plane, component placement, and power supply decoupling are optimized for maximum circuit flexibility and performance. Additionally, the evaluation board features a variety of unpopulated resistor and capacitor pads, offering multiple choices and extensive flexibility for various application circuits and configurations, such as active loop filter, TIA, and charge amplifier. A combination of test points and edge-mounted SMA connectors are utilized for inputs, output, and signal measurements. The evaluation board includes provisions for photodiode footprint, facilitating easy configuration of a TIA. Additionally, the evaluation board offers provisions for constructing various types of filters.
