Image of Wurth Electronics' WE-PMI Power Multilayer Inductors Würth Elektronik has released a compact, multilayer power inductor aptly named WE-PMI that is suitable for current applications up to 1.8 A with DCR values below 0.2 Ω. With very-low-profile versions available, this multilayer inductor is sure to please. This inductor has a magnetically-shielded construction so there is no crosstalk. The inductor is perfect for industrial applications due to operating temperatures of -40°C to +125°C with reflow as the recommended soldering profile. Würth Elektronik manufactures this inductor in four sizes: 0603, 0805, 0806, and 1008 with three different types available.
