Rated 160 V to 450 V type capacitors have been commercialized for LXS series, but a more high voltage smoothing capacitors are required for power conditioners. Features of the LXS series include small size and long life, which guarantees 5000 hours operation at 105°C. The series therefore extends operating time of switching power supplies and inverters for general use, as well as reducing maintenance frequency. Along with the popularization of PV generation, the newly added 500 V type LXS series are in high demand for use in power conditioners.
