SSO32C/L/P Series Oscillators

Suntsu's SS032C, SS032L, and SS032P series silicon oscillators can achieve high frequencies with no concern about failures due to stress and vibration. Unlike traditional oscillators that require a clock source (such as quartz or MEMS) to generate output frequencies, Suntsu’s silicon technology provides an alternative solution for challenging timing requirements. Quartz solutions are limited by the size and shape of the quartz blank to achieve certain frequencies. This poses challenges in achieving high-frequency outputs while still having a mechanically sound product. Silicon eliminates this concern.

The frequency output range is 10 kHz to 350 MHz and contains an LDO and filter circuit to enhance the power supply noise suppression. These high-performance silicon oscillators have low-jitter performance with ±50 ppm stability and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
