STMicroelectronics' STM32U59x and U5Ax microcontrollers complement the STM32U5 family by extending the memory with higher density. They offer more Flash memory size, up to 4 Mbytes, and more RAM size, 2.5 Mbytes. Packages are 100% pin-to-pin compatible within the family.
The STM32U59x and U5Ax series offer advanced power-saving microcontrollers based on Arm® Cortex®-M33 to meet the most demanding power/performance requirements.
