STMicroelectronics' high-performance and DSP with DP-FPU, Arm® Cortex-M7 STM32H7x3 MCU features up to 2 MB of Flash memory, 1.4 MB SRAM, 280 MHz CPU, L1 cache, graphic accelerations, external memory interfaces, and a large set of peripherals. This device achieves performance and integration with Cortex-M7 running up to 280 MHz achieving 1414 CoreMark and 600 DMIPS and from internal and external memories.
