SKY63104/SKY63105/SKY63106 Ultra-Low Jitter Clock Multipliers and Jitter Attenuators

Skyworks SKY63104, SKY63105, and SKY63106 are advanced jitter attenuators and clock multipliers designed for high-speed communication systems. These devices integrate fifth-generation DSPLL® and MultiSynth™ technologies to deliver ultra-low phase jitter (less than 55 fs typical), ensuring signal integrity in demanding environments such as 112G/224G PAM4 SerDes and coherent optical networks.

Each device supports up to 12 outputs with any-input-to-any-output frequency mapping up to 3.2 GHz. They feature enhanced hitless switching, minimizing phase transients during clock source changes, and offer flexible configuration through Skyworks ClockBuilder® Pro software. Available in an 8 mm x 8 mm 56-QFN package, these ICs provide robust timing solutions for next-generation networking and data center systems.
