The product's high efficiency and thermal design mean minimal derating is required, even at high temperatures. The device is especially suited for 24 V, 28 V, and 48 V power rails as a point-of-load solution in a distributed power architecture. Trimmable output, remote sense, and remote control features, as well as undervoltage lockout, overload, overtemperature, and short circuit protections, are standard.
