QPC2420 Ultra-Wideband SOI SPDT RF Switch

The Qorvo QPC2420 is an ultra wideband RF switch implemented on silicon on insulator (SOI) technology, designed for signal routing from 20 MHz to 30 GHz. It is a reflective SPDT switch optimized for low insertion loss and high isolation across a very broad frequency range, making it suitable for wideband and multiband RF architectures.

The device supports up to 2 W RF input power and operates from a simple 0 V / +3 V logic control, eliminating the need for charge pumps or negative bias generation. Switching speed and RF settling times are short, enabling use in fast T/R switching and automated test systems where timing determinism matters.

The QPC2420 comes in a 2.25 mm × 2.25 mm QFN package with minimal DC power consumption. Its small footprint and broadband performance make it well-suited for dense RF layouts where board area, control simplicity, and frequency coverage are equally constrained.
