QPC2320 Ultra-Wideband SOI SPDT Reflective RF Switches

The Qorvo QPC2320 is a silicon‑on‑insulator (SOI) single‑pole, double‑throw (SPDT) reflective RF switch covering an exceptionally wide frequency range from 20 MHz to 15 GHz. It is intended for broadband signal routing where consistent RF performance is required across multiple bands and operating modes.

Designed with low insertion loss and high isolation at the upper end of its operating range, the device supports up to 2 W RF input power and maintains fast switching and settling times suitable for time‑critical RF paths. The switch operates from simple 0 V/+3 V control logic, eliminating the need for negative bias rails.

The QPC2320 is packaged in a compact 2.25 mm x 2.25 mm QFN with flip‑chip construction, enabling short RF paths and straightforward PCB integration. Minimal DC power consumption and broadband impedance matching make it well suited for dense RF front ends and modular architectures.
