The EEH-ZF (high-temperature reflow) series, +150°C, 1000-hour hybrid capacitors can withstand voltages of 25 V to 63 V and low LC (0.01 CV or 3 µA). The AEC-Q200 qualification ensures optimal quality and reliability. These parts are ideal where high temperature and high current capability are demanded by the application.
