BEYOLEX™ Thermosetting Stretchable Film

Panasonic's BEYOLEX thermosetting stretchable film is a unique substrate that uses a patented thermoset stretchable polymer technology. This thermosetting film is compatible with a wide variety of functional inks, including stretchable printed silver pastes.

BEYOLEX film provides an attractive, high-performance alternative to common thermoplastic printed electronic substrates like polyester (PET) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The performance of these conventional materials tends to degrade rapidly with temperature and humidity exposure, while BEYOLEX film remains relatively unchanged.

This film does not suffer from permanent deformation (termed hysteresis) even after thousands of stretching cycles.
