MJD series BJTs in up to 8 A versions widen Nexperia’s power portfolio
Nexperia’s BJTs deliver high thermal and electrical performance. The high quality, high reliability automotive (AEC-Q101 qualified) and consumer/industrial-qualified MJD 2 A to 8 A power bipolar transistor family includes seventeen parts in 45 V to 100 V NPN and PNP versions. These well-known devices in an industry-standard footprint complement Nexperia’s existing portfolio of high-performance bipolar power transistors in LFPAK and further expand the company’s total power bipolar discrete offering.
