EBBI Connector System

Molex's EBBI connector system has several configurations available including vertical, right angle, and blind-mating to provide valuable design flexibility and expandability. Leaf-style terminals are arranged in two rows on .050" spacing within a polarized D-shaped housing for rugged mechanical protection. Housings are made of high-temperature, UL 94V-0 thermoplastic. Terminals are plated with 30 micro-inches minimum gold in the mating area for long term reliability and durability.

The IDT cable receptacle terminates to both .025" flat ribbon or laminated discrete-wire cable. A built-in polarizing key prevents mismating to the PCB card edge. The cable-gripping cover prevents cable pull-out and eliminates the need for an extra retention cover.
