Littelfuse's SC1004-ULC-04UTG ultra-low-capacitance diode array provides unidirectional ESD protection for challenging high-speed serial interfaces. Offered in the progressive and soon-to-be popular footprint 2.5 mm x 1 mm DFN layout, trace layout complexity saves significant PCB space. This diode array provides more than ±12 kV contact ESD protection in accordance with IEC 61000-4-2 while maintaining extremely low leakage and dynamic resistance. The SC1004-ULC-04UTG sets high standards for signal integrity and usability.
