It drives up to four N-channel MOSFETs with precise adaptive gate control, configurable current sequencing, and an integrated current sense amplifier for accurate motor current monitoring. Featuring a broad 7 V to 36 V supply range, redundant switch-off paths, advanced diagnostics, and full ISO 26262 ASIL B compliance, it delivers reliable, EMC-optimized performance while reducing BOM cost, PCB space, and energy consumption. It is ideal for safety-critical functions such as seat adjusters, steering column control, window lifts, door locks, power liftgates, and body control modules.
