Image of GSI Technology Synchronous Burst SRAMsGSI SyncBurst™ SRAMs have been the workhorses for midrange data acquisition designs for over 15 years and are available in a huge assortment of densities, packages, and design options. These SRAMs also come with a long-term memory IC support plan.

SyncBurst SRAMs provide a "burst" of two to four words in response to a single clock signal. SyncBurst SRAMs are used in networking, industrial, automotive, and medical imaging applications where a mid-range performance point (typically a 333 MHz to 166 MHz clock rate) is required.

Features
  • FT pin for user-configurable flow-through or pipeline operation
  • Dual cycle deselect (DCD) operation
  • 2.5 V or 3.3 V ±10% core power supply
  • 2.5 V or 3.3 V I/O supply
  • LBO pin for linear or interleaved burst mode
  • Internal input resistors on mode pins allow floating mode pins
  • Default to interleaved pipeline mode
  • Byte write (BW) and/or global write (GW) operation
  • Internal self-timed write cycle
  • Automatic power-down for portable applications
  • RoHS compliant 100-lead TQFP and 119- and 165-bump BGA packages
