Housed in a compact SO‑24 surface‑mount package, it integrates two independent isolation channels to save board space. The device provides 5 kVRMS isolation between input and output, along with 900 VDC differential voltage isolation between the two output channels.

Designed for high peak drive capability, the ACFJ‑3262T delivers optimal performance when directly driving MOSFETs or IGBTs across a wide range of applications. Its fast propagation delay and tight channel‑to‑channel skew make it especially well‑suited for high‑frequency SiC MOSFET and IGBT switching in DC/DC and AC/DC converter designs.

The R2Coupler isolation technology offers reinforced insulation and high reliability, ensuring safe and robust signal isolation for automotive systems and demanding high‑temperature industrial environments.
