ADR225 High Precision Extreme Temperature Voltage Reference
Analog Devices’ micropower 2.5 voltage reference for mining, drilling, and avionic applications
ADI’s ADR225 is an extreme temperature precision 2.5 V band gap voltage reference with an upper temperature range of 175°C and 210°C. The device has high output current at 10 mA and requires up to 50 µA maximum supply current. The ADR225 can use a wide supply voltage range from 3.3 V to 16 V. These devices are ideal for applications that require precision reference in a high temperature environment such as drilling and avionics. The ADR225 comes in both an 8-lead SOIC and an 8-lead ceramic flat pack (FLATPACK). The SOIC has an upper temperature range of +175°C and the FLATPACK is at +210°C.
