ADR225 High Precision Extreme Temperature Voltage Reference

Analog Devices’ micropower 2.5 voltage reference for mining, drilling, and avionic applications

Image of Analog Devices ADR225 High Precision, Extreme Temperature Voltage ReferenceADI’s ADR225 is an extreme temperature precision 2.5 V band gap voltage reference with an upper temperature range of 175°C and 210°C. The device has high output current at 10 mA and requires up to 50 µA maximum supply current. The ADR225 can use a wide supply voltage range from 3.3 V to 16 V. These devices are ideal for applications that require precision reference in a high temperature environment such as drilling and avionics. The ADR225 comes in both an 8-lead SOIC and an 8-lead ceramic flat pack (FLATPACK). The SOIC has an upper temperature range of +175°C and the FLATPACK is at +210°C.
