Broadband Low-Power LNA for GNSS L1/L2/L5/L6 Applications

The Abracon broadband low-power ultra-low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed for high-precision GNSS applications, delivering wideband coverage across the GNSS L1/L2/L5/L6 frequency bands (1165 MHz to 1610 MHz), supporting GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, Galileo, and NavIC constellations with a single front-end design. Featuring an ultra-low noise figure as low as 0.5 dB and high gain up to 16 dB, this amplifier enhances signal sensitivity and accuracy, especially in challenging RF environments where weak GNSS signals must be reliably received.

Built on an advanced GaAs E/D-pHEMT process, the ALND-WB-0013 series operates from 1.2 V to 3.6 V with adjustable current consumption as low as 1.5 mA, making it suitable for battery-sensitive designs. Its ultra-compact DFN-6L package (approximately 1.45 mm × 1.00 mm) and integrated ESD protection support robust performance in compact, space-constrained applications such as wearables, UAVs and drones, autonomous systems, precision surveying/real-time kinematic (RTK) solutions, asset tracking, and intelligent transportation systems.
