Modelithics, Inc.

About

MODELITHICS® is a leading-edge technology company that provides highly accurate, scalable measurement-based simulation models for all types of RF and microwave devices, as well as comprehensive RF and microwave measurement services.

Modelithics models are compatible with many popular EDA tools including Keysight ADS, Cadence® AWR Design Environment, Keysight Genesys, Ansys® HFSS™, Sonnet® Suites™, Keysight SystemVue, Cadence Spectre RF® and Mathworks Matlab®. Modelithics’ premium product is the Modelithics® COMPLETE Library, which includes measurement-based Microwave Global Models™ for a multitude of commercially available passive component families, as well non-linear diode models, non-linear transistor models, and system level component models. The models capture parasitic effects of RF and MW components, and offer scalable design parameters, such as substrate scaling, pad scaling and part value scaling, plus adjustable input parameters such as bias and temperature for active device models. The advanced features provide for powerful design analysis capability, which increases design accuracy and helps lead to rapid design success.

Modelithics also offers libraries for full-wave 3D EM models for use in 3D simulators including with Ansys HFSS, Keysight RFPro and Cadence Clarity™ 3D Solver, as well as custom 3D model development. Through the Modelithics Vendor Partner Program (MVP), Modelithics collaborates with RF component and semiconductor device manufacturers by developing top quality models for their products. An example of such an arrangement is the Modelithics Qorvo GaN Library, a fully sponsored library distributed for free by Modelithics under sponsorship of Qorvo®. Modelithics also offers a Standard & Custom Test Fixture and Accessory Product Line, including legacy parts from J Micro Technology for a family of thin film Alumina substrate components.
