Some models can control multiple GPIB devices and others offer sustained data transfer rates and no microprocessor interruption in data transfers. GPIB instrument control devices include a license for the NI-488.2 driver software, providing maximum reliability for connecting to third-party instruments via GPIB. The devices are completely IEEE 488.2 compatible, have industry-standard transfer rates, and offer easy system configuration through NI software.
