Thermal Automotive Circuit Breaker Series 1610

ETA's 1610 series is a miniaturized single pole press-to-reset cycling trip free thermal circuit breaker designed for automotive fuse block installation. The 1610 series extends the benefits of circuit breaker performance and convenience to applications which are cost critical. Series 1610 provides a resettable alternative to plug-in type blade fuses for fuse blocks found in vehicles with 12 V or 24 V electrical systems. The 1610 series has color-coded housing caps or manual release buttons available. The color-coding scheme corresponds to colors of blade fuses compliant with DIN 72581 and SAE J1284 standards. Available in current ratings from 5 A to 30 A up to 32 V_DC, the circuit breakers will not cause nuisance tripping and are suitable for protecting fans, windshield wipers, lights, and power windows.
