Everlight’s high-power infrared LEDs come in miniature surface-mount packages
Everlight's IR series high-power infrared LEDs come in a miniature surface-mount package, molded in a water clear silicone with a spherical top view lens. The devices are spectrally matched with silicon photodiode phototransistor and feature operating temperature ranges of -40°C to +85°C and -40°C to +125°C.
